About the role
This position focuses on creating and maintaining compelling visual displays for retail environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and updating window showcases, in‑store displays, tables, and visual campaigns to attract customers and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble and refresh vitrines, displays, tables, and visual campaigns according to brand guidelines.
- Analyze current exhibitions to identify the most profitable layouts.
- Propose and implement layout improvements that enhance commercial performance.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to align visual strategies with sales objectives.
Required profile
- Female candidates only.
- University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a commercial visual merchandising role.
Required skills
- Ability to design and install visual merchandising elements.
- Analytical skills for evaluating display profitability.
- Understanding of layout optimization in a retail context.
