Vuse Deployment Executive

About the role

The Vuse Deployment Executive will drive the growth of the Vuse vaping brand in Honduras by shaping and executing brand, commercial, and consumer engagement strategies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the brand’s market presence is strong, compliant, and aligned with the company’s smokeless‑world vision.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the local marketing mix (promotion, pricing, distribution) for the Vuse brand.
• Develop brand vision, positioning, product and packaging specifications, and communications in line with the Group’s consumer strategy.
• Monitor product quality, consumer complaints, and performance metrics.
• Lead brand initiatives such as product launches and new product introductions.
• Design and oversee the e‑commerce strategy, from consumer experience to delivery and service.
• Coordinate communications between Area Team, Brand Marketing, Legal, Operations, and distributors to ensure effective execution of brand programs.
• Manage B2B strategy aligned with brand plans, including ideation and on‑site validation.
• Maintain best environmental, health, and safety practices at work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, sales or related commercial roles.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis.
• Experience in multinational or fast‑paced commercial environments is highly desirable.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication and project coordination abilities.
• Experience leading small teams or managing external partners is a plus.
