Weekend Shift IT Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive IT Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges and ensuring seamless IT operations in a cloud‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to our global team.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and cloud‑based applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Administer network workstations using TCP/IP protocols.
• Manage system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor and optimize network and system performance.
• Document IT procedures and support requests.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in IT systems and network support (entry‑level candidates with strong skills are also encouraged).
• Professional English level (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Experience with remote IT tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
