About the role

The Application Administrator will ensure the proper operation, stability and continuity of the bank's core banking applications. Working within the technology ecosystem, you will integrate best practices and new technologies while proactively monitoring services to meet IT policies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor banking applications across the enterprise.
• Implement and maintain AWS services supporting the application stack.
• Manage container platforms such as OpenShift, Kubernetes and Minikube.
• Automate routine operational tasks and platform provisioning.
• Perform incident management, root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement following ITIL/SRE practices.
• Oversee Linux and Windows operating system environments.
• Ensure observability, performance monitoring and capacity planning for applications and infrastructure.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in enterprise application administration and platform operations.
• Proven ability to work in a banking or financial services environment.
