About the role

Cuso International seeks an e‑volunteer with AI expertise and adult‑learning experience to design and deliver a virtual workshop for grassroots organisations in Honduras. The workshop will introduce practical AI tools and techniques tailored to small‑scale, resource‑limited settings.

Key responsibilities

• Design a clear, engaging methodology for a virtual AI workshop.
• Develop practical workshop materials, including agenda, presentations, learning resources, and hands‑on activities.
• Facilitate an interactive virtual workshop that promotes participation and applied learning.
• Provide editable workshop resources so partners can adapt and reuse them after the placement.

Required profile

• University education or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, adult learning, or a related field.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools in practical or learning‑focused settings.
• Experience designing or facilitating online workshops for adult learners.
• Experience using virtual collaboration tools that encourage group participation.
