About the role

Join BairesDev as a Senior Backend Software Engineer focused on building scalable backend services on AWS. You will work remotely, delivering features that power web and mobile experiences for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain serverless backend services using AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and API Gateway.
• Implement end‑to‑end features from design through deployment, including API creation for web and mobile apps.
• Work with containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Develop and manage data models in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.

Required profile

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Python proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS serverless technologies.
• Solid background in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.
• Advanced English communication skills.
