Admissions Representative

About the role

The Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting and enrolling prospective students into academic programs. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the admissions journey, providing guidance and support to help applicants make informed educational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective students via phone, email, webinars, and virtual events to generate interest and build relationships.
• Provide detailed information on program offerings, admissions criteria, application processes, financial aid options, and transfer credits.
• Assist applicants in completing applications, reviewing documentation, and ensuring all requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records in the admissions pipeline and track progress toward recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with faculty, academic advisors, marketing, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from applicant to enrolled student.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate adult learners.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet recruitment targets.
• Empathy for the unique challenges faced by working professionals, nurses, and online students.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing applicant interactions.
• Comfort using virtual meeting platforms and email communication tools.
