About the role

Join a dynamic aviation team dedicated to delivering high‑quality ground services across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Ramp Agent you will play a crucial part in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely handling of aircraft, baggage, and cargo at our Comayagua hub.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of aircraft between flights.
• Transport baggage, cargo, and equipment between terminals and aircraft.
• Tow and position aircraft on the ramp as directed.
• Coordinate with the flight manager, ramp supervisor, and ramp chief to meet operational schedules.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Physical stamina for handling heavy loads and standing for long periods.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and basic English.
