About the role
IGS Honduras is looking for a motivated Telemarketing Agent to join its call‑center team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting IGS services, and converting leads into sales while maintaining high service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls to promote IGS consumer assistance services.
- Persuade prospects and close sales to meet or exceed set targets.
- Provide accurate information, answer queries, and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telephone sales or call‑center environments.
- Preferably experience selling banking, insurance, telecommunications or assistance products.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Immediate availability and a results‑oriented mindset.
