AI Automation Specialist – Part-Time

About the role

Our client, a real‑estate and property‑management firm, is looking for a part‑time AI Automation Specialist to embed artificial‑intelligence solutions across its operations. You will work remotely, collaborating with internal teams to boost efficiency through intelligent automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI‑driven automations and workflows.
• Implement AI agents and large‑language‑model (LLM) based processes.
• Administer and update WordPress sites supporting the business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI automations and integrated systems.
• Connect multiple platforms via APIs and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience creating and managing AI automations.
• Proficiency with AI agents and LLM‑based workflow design.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Native‑level or C1/C2 English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• AI automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• WordPress administration and maintenance.
• API integration across multiple services.
• Version control with GitHub.
• Familiarity with Claude, Cursor, Trello, and Linode.

What we offer

• Remote work with a fixed schedule: Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:00 CT (20 hours/week).
