Analista de Compras – Gestión Estratégica de Proveedores

About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst to ensure timely and efficient supply of goods and services needed by the organization. The role involves strategic purchasing, supplier negotiation, cost analysis and monitoring of acquisition processes to support operational continuity and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process for goods, materials and services across all company departments.
• Request, analyse and compare supplier quotations to secure the best cost, quality and delivery terms.
• Negotiate prices, commercial conditions and supply agreements with vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and track their timely receipt and compliance.
• Maintain and regularly update the supplier catalogue, evaluating performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify savings opportunities, new suppliers and improved purchasing conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Finance, International Trade or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply management or supplier coordination.
• Fluent Spanish; English not required.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
