About the role

Grupo Financiero Ficohsa is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join its team in Olancho, Choluteca and Tegucigalpa. The role focuses on advising clients and promoting the institution’s portfolio of financial products through points of sale, fairs, business visits and promotional tours, while helping to achieve commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice to customers about financial products.
• Promote and sell the portfolio of Grupo Financiero Ficohsa services.
• Represent the company at points of sale, fairs and corporate events.
• Conduct business visits and regional tours to generate new leads.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall commercial objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
