About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to support our finance team in processing invoices and managing supplier payments. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or interns in public administration or finance who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in accounting.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record supplier invoices.
- Process payments to vendors in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate accounts‑payable records and reconcile statements.
- Assist with routine accounting processes and month‑end activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or current intern in public administration, finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Residency in San Pedro Sula.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP for invoice entry and payment processing.
