About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The role offers the chance to apply accounting knowledge while supporting daily financial operations and gaining experience with ERP systems.
Key responsibilities
- Record accounting entries in the ERP system.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Prepare financial and administrative reports.
- Maintain organized filing of accounting documentation.
- Support inventory control and related finance processes.
Required profile
- University student or graduate in Public Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in similar accounting positions.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, invoicing, fiscal documentation, and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical analysis, and ethical conduct.
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cross‑referencing).
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
