About the role

The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department in a variety of operational tasks, from onboarding new staff to maintaining attendance records and assisting with internal events. This position is ideal for a student or intern eager to develop a career in HR.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering induction talks for new operational staff.
• Address employee issues and report them to the HR Manager.
• Prepare and update attendance reports, employee catalogs, and Kardex records for recruitment.
• Support motivational activities and plan internal events.
• Monitor disciplinary processes for operational personnel.
• Ensure compliance with HR procedures and document meeting minutes.
• Design, distribute, and analyze internal surveys (climate, satisfaction, evaluations).
• Maintain the monthly HR activity calendar.
• Coordinate logistics for trainings, workshops, and internal events.
• Prepare budgets for events and internal activities.
• Handle pre‑payroll tasks such as recording sanctions, transfers, shift changes, and absences.
• Manage user accounts in the Tress system, including creation, password resets, and training.
• Control active employee files and manage loan calculations and savings deductions.

Required profile

• Student or intern in Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
