Recruitment Specialist (Talent Partner)

About the role

As a Talent Partner at Viva Talent, you will own and continuously improve the full recruitment cycle, from the first outreach to pre‑onboarding. You will ensure a human, engaging experience for every candidate while driving efficiency and quality for hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment cycle, from outreach through interviews and pre‑onboarding.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Design and improve recruiting communications, templates, surveys and interview instructions.
• Partner closely with hiring teams to keep processes moving with urgency and quality.
• Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimise the candidate journey.
• Redesign recruiting workflows using AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• Candidate‑obsessed, respecting people’s time and delivering real feedback.
• People‑person with at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Ops, HR or related fields.
• Sharp communicator in English (C1+), confident in writing and speaking.
• AI‑curious and eager to redesign workflows with new technologies.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Tech‑fluent, comfortable working remotely with digital tools.
• Long‑term player, having stayed at least two years in recent roles.
