About the role

Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is expanding its personal injury practice and seeks a bilingual attorney fluent in English and Spanish to work remotely. The role involves direct client interaction, case management, and support to senior attorneys in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new client intake interviews and open client files.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Draft demand letters and assist in litigation preparation.
• File and verify balances, prepare accounting entries, and manage invoices.
• Review and process incoming faxes and emails.
• Order, organize, and review medical records and bills.
• Support attorneys with legal research and case documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle a high volume of tasks in a fast‑moving legal environment.
