Bilingual Recruiter for US Staffing Agency (Remote, PST)

About the role

Valatam is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented bilingual recruiter to support a U.S. staffing agency. The role is fully remote and follows Pacific Standard Time (8 am‑5 pm PST). You will manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary and temp‑to‑hire placements, ensuring accurate ATS records and meeting key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, social media, and databases.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and provide follow‑up communication.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and hiring processes.
• Keep ATS records complete and up‑to‑date.
• Support temporary and temp‑to‑hire staffing initiatives.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as calls, submissions, placements, and turnover.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Leverage AI and recruitment technology to improve productivity.
• Assist with additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) with excellent written and spoken communication.
• 1–5 years of recruitment experience across various roles or industries.
• Strong candidate‑sourcing and outreach abilities.
• Experience meeting recruitment KPIs and performance targets.
• High attention to detail, organization, urgency, and accountability.
• Comfortable adopting new systems, processes, and AI tools.
• Ability to work the PST schedule and consider local time‑zone adjustments.

Required skills

• TempWorks or similar staffing ATS experience.
• Proficiency with AI recruitment tools.
