Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and continuously improve the candidate journey from first contact through pre‑onboarding. The role is fully remote and serves multiple countries in Latin America, combining empathy, speed, process thinking, and AI‑driven automation to create a memorable hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint is clear, engaging, and human.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Partner closely with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving with urgency while maintaining quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize hiring workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve consistency at scale.
• Introduce fresh ideas that make Viva’s interactions modern, thoughtful, and memorable.
• Adapt quickly in a high‑volume recruiting environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Passion for applying AI in recruitment to redesign workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in remote or hybrid settings.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with clear and concise communication.
• Proven stability in professional experience, including at least one tenure of 2 + years.
