About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Spanish‑English bilingual Cold Caller to generate leads, schedule qualified appointments, and support our insurance quoting process. The role is fully remote and involves high‑volume outreach across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume outbound calling to targeted lists to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments and manage calendar bookings for the sales team.
• Execute follow‑ups via phone, SMS, and email.
• Assist with gathering information for insurance quoting and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate records and update lead status in HubSpot/CRM platforms.
• Handle general email correspondence, calendar organization, and basic customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling or outbound lead generation.
• Resilient mindset, comfortable handling rejection and delivering engaging pitches.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication with strong listening skills.
