About the role
KM2 Solutions is hiring chat and back‑office representatives for on‑site, full‑time positions in San Pedro Sula. As a Chat Representative you will provide high‑quality customer service and support through live chat channels, contributing to the company’s commitment to operational excellence. You will handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses while adhering to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Support continuous service improvement efforts.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service or collections.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to customer needs.
- Minimum 80% English fluency (spoken and written).
