Seasonal Customer Service Associate

About the role

UnifyCX is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Associate to join its team in San Pedro Sula. In this role you will provide outstanding support to customers through phone, email and live chat, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and satisfaction is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and promotions.
• Resolve complaints efficiently by identifying issues and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and nurture positive relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in customer support.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of interactions professionally and efficiently.
