Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

About the role
Launch your career in the U.S. insurance industry, right here in Tegucigalpa. This full‑time, on‑site position works on U.S. business hours, supporting policyholders in English and Spanish.
Key responsibilities
- Assist policyholders by phone, email and text in both English and Spanish.
- Process service requests such as policy changes, billing questions, ID cards and certificates of insurance.
- Support renewals and follow‑ups to keep clients protected and loyal.
- Collect documents and prepare information for quotes.
- Accurately document every interaction in the agency’s systems.
- Collaborate with agents and account managers to resolve issues quickly.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Spanish (professional level).
- Customer service experience, preferably phone‑based.
- Empathy, professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
