Business Development Representative – Outbound BPO Sales (Remote)

About the role

BPO Innovations is expanding its US‑market sales team and seeks a remote Business Development Representative to generate new B2B opportunities. You will prospect, pitch, and close deals with US companies needing outsourcing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and hunt for new B2B sales opportunities in the US market.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to C‑level decision‑makers.
• Communicate BPO Innovations' value proposition, emphasizing cost savings, efficiency and quality.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 English proficiency, proven by testing.
• At least 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience with high‑volume cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience selling intangible services such as BPO, SaaS or consulting.
• Comfortable making 50–100+ daily dials and handling rejection.

Required skills

• Reliable personal computer, noise‑cancelling headset and high‑speed internet (150 Mbps upload).

What we offer

• Base salary of $500 USD per month.
• Appointment bonuses up to $50 per meeting.
• Uncapped commissions up to 5.5 % of the first‑month client contract fee.
• Full‑time remote work (US business hours) with 15 vacation days and US holidays off.
