Case Manager – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Case Manager to ensure smooth delivery of healthcare services. You will act as a liaison between caregivers, patients, and insurance providers, supporting families and maintaining accurate case documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Review previous‑day sessions and provide feedback to caregivers and patients.
• Manage weekly pre‑billing, ensuring visits are assigned, tracked, and match insurance‑authorized hours.
• Maintain constant communication with US insurance companies and resolve issues during ongoing visits.
• Provide timely updates on case status, service authorizations, and workload.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong customer‑service orientation for interacting with caregivers, patients, and insurers.
• Excellent organizational, attention‑to‑detail, and prioritization abilities.
• Proactive and creative mindset, able to anticipate needs rather than react.

• Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Internal CRM platforms.
• Hubstaff (web and desktop applications).
• WhatsApp groups for team communication.
• Zoom for virtual meetings and breakout rooms.
