Clinical Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Clinical Compliance Specialist to support students and internal teams with compliance requirements for clinical and preceptor placements. The role monitors student compliance across multiple systems, reviews documentation, tracks upcoming requirements, and communicates with students regarding missing or expiring items.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor student compliance through Complio and other assigned platforms, ensuring all records are up‑to‑date.
• Review compliance documentation and identify missing, incomplete, rejected, or expiring requirements.
• Track exemptions and upcoming semester requirements to prevent placement delays.
• Maintain and monitor student compliance across hospital and regional clinical management portals.
• Communicate with students about outstanding requirements, deadlines, and next steps.
• Provide ongoing administrative support related to clinical and preceptor compliance.
• Maintain accurate tracking reports and update student information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex compliance matters to the appropriate institutional staff.
• Support reporting, data reconciliation, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Protect confidential student and health‑related information in line with institutional policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in compliance, healthcare administration, clinical operations, education, or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadline‑sensitive requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work across multiple platforms while maintaining accurate records.
• Professional handling of confidential information with a high degree of responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Complio or similar clinical management portals.
