About the role

The Medical Back Office Specialist plays an essential role in supporting healthcare operations behind the scenes. You will manage administrative and clinical data, maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth workflow for the medical team.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in electronic systems and databases to keep patient information accurate.
• Manage and organize patient records, ensuring documents are complete, accurate, and securely stored.
• Schedule medical appointments and coordinate with clinical staff and patients for timely follow‑ups.
• Generate and review reports to identify and resolve discrepancies in records or data.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security in line with healthcare privacy guidelines.
• Assist in data quality control and collaborate with team members to improve back‑office processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with data entry, record management, or healthcare office administration is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy in handling medical data.
• Good communication and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
