Clinical Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Clinical Compliance Specialist to support students and internal teams with compliance requirements for clinical and preceptor placements. The role involves monitoring student compliance, reviewing documentation, and communicating with students about missing or expiring items.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor student compliance through Complio and other assigned platforms.
• Review compliance documentation, identify missing or expiring requirements, and track exemptions.
• Communicate with students regarding outstanding requirements, deadlines, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate tracking reports and update student information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex compliance matters to appropriate institutional staff and support reporting and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in compliance, healthcare administration, clinical operations, education, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadline‑sensitive requirements, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and responsibly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Complio or other clinical management portals.
