Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and security of a global fintech company's workplace technology stack. This remote position will oversee SaaS platforms, identity management, and automation initiatives, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Define and enforce IAM policies, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and least‑privilege principles.
• Implement Zero Trust controls, data protection, backup, retention, and disaster‑recovery plans for all cloud services.
• Design and deploy workflow automation using Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python, or API integrations.
• Identify and roll out self‑service IT solutions that improve employee experience and reduce support load.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, HR, and People Operations to meet regulatory requirements and streamline onboarding/offboarding.
• Drive technology adoption through training, communication, and change‑management programs.
• Provide technical mentorship to IT support teams on cloud and SaaS best practices.

Required profile

• Senior‑level IT leader with a strategic mindset and hands‑on technical depth.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale SaaS environments in fast‑moving organizations.
• Strong collaboration skills across IT, Security, Compliance, and HR functions.
