Collections Specialist – Customer Debt Resolution

About the role

As a Collections Specialist you will engage with consumers via inbound and outbound calls to assist them in resolving past‑due debts. The role involves ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies while maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments to arrange settlements.
• Maintain accurate logs of collection activities, payment promises, and disputes.
• Ensure collections follow local laws and company policies.
• Offer payment plans or settlements when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in collections.
• C1 English level proficiency.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly skilled in computer systems.
