Commercial District Manager – Honduras

About the role

We are a leading multinational seeking a strategic Commercial District Manager to lead a high‑performing sales and service team in Honduras. The role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and customer retention across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales and service professionals.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer retention in the district.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Identify market opportunities and support expansion initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading commercial, sales or service teams.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and profitability.
• Advanced English proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within Guatemala as business needs require.
