About the role
We are seeking a Construction Accountant with strong QuickBooks expertise to support our financial department. The role involves processing payments, updating records, handling accounts payable/receivable, and managing invoices.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and review data for financial reports
- Manage invoice processing and vendor bill registration
- Prepare payments and perform reconciliations
- Suggest improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience in commercial construction accounting
- Knowledge of AIA billing forms G702 and G703
- Professionalism, strong communication, proactive and analytical mindset
Required skills
- QuickBooks and QuickBooks Projects
- AIA software such as Werx, Knowify or CAPS
- Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Hubstaff (web and desktop apps, Hubstaff Tasks)
- Zoom for meetings
