Remote Senior Bookkeeper – Up to $1,400 USD/month

About the role

Cyril's Foods, a 40‑year‑old U.S. food company, is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper based in Latin America to join its accounting team. This full‑time, remote position works closely with the U.S. Finance team and offers long‑term growth and increasing compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date financial records.
• Support month‑end close, including reconciliations, journal entries and accruals.
• Handle inventory and product‑cost accounting, COGS and inventory adjustments.
• Process transactions in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com and Rippling.
• Apply U.S. GAAP to keep numbers compliant, reliable and audit‑ready.
• Identify issues early, suggest process improvements and collaborate with Finance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Recent experience (last 3 years) in a B2B product company such as a manufacturer or distributor.
• Fluent professional English, spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Bill.com (strong plus).
• Experience with Rippling (strong plus).
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
