Continuous Improvement Coordinator

About the role

Drive and support the plant’s Operational Excellence and High‑Performance Organization strategy by leading continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and special projects across functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen workshops and Lean‑based improvement projects to enhance process efficiency.
• Coach employees in problem‑solving methods and support Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt development.
• Coordinate and monitor Continuous Improvement activities and maintain the Lessons Learned Repository.
• Facilitate Operational Excellence, High‑Performance Teams, and Operating Model certification initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in engineering, continuous improvement or similar roles within manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
