About the role

The company is expanding and seeks a Sales Administration Coordinator to lead the back‑office operations of the commercial area. You will ensure that sales are properly formalized, collections are managed, and contractual documentation is accurate, while supervising a dedicated administrative team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the administrative support team.
• Validate conditions for commission releases.
• Administer collections, monitor delinquency and follow‑up on overdue accounts.
• Manage contracts, deed processing and related documentation.
• Oversee commercial conditions, pricing structures and updates.
• Provide assistance to customers during sales and post‑sale phases.
• Prepare management reports and maintain CRM data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit, collections, or sales administration.
• Preferable background in the financial sector or real‑estate market.
• Experience supervising staff is a plus.
• Knowledge of contract administration and CRM handling.
