Customer Logistics Specialist

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Customer Logistics Specialist to join its Customer Service Department in San Pedro Sula. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates throughout the shipping process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of Charger Logistics’ products and services.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, providing friendly and accurate service.
• Provide real‑time track and trace updates and resolve freight‑related issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across multiple systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete customs paperwork.
• Follow established billing procedures and perform duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous experience in logistics or customer service is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
