About the role

Avery Dennison, a global leader in pressure-sensitive and functional materials and labeling solutions, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Customer Service team. The role is described as a challenging supporting position in a fast-growing business and within a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop current and future business with customers and build new business relationships, maximizing added value and strengthening customer intimacy.
• Set high standards in customer service.
• Service orders and phones accurately and on time.
• Maintain daily contact and internal management of a designated group of customers.
• Work with sales representatives and the supply chain team to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain high organizational standards.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a call center or internal sales function within the manufacturing industry.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• University degree preferred.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage several key tasks at once.
• High accuracy, good time management and priority-setting skills.

Required skills

• Experience working in an Oracle systems environment.
