Data Entry Clerk

About the role

The Data Entry Clerk will work full‑time on‑site in San Pedro Sula, ensuring that company databases and systems are kept accurate, up‑to‑date and secure. The role supports the administrative flow of the office by handling document verification, error correction and basic reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter, update and maintain data in company databases and data‑entry systems.
• Identify and correct errors, ensuring data integrity.
• Organise records for easy retrieval and prepare simple reports.
• Respond to internal data requests and collaborate with team members.
• Follow established procedures, meet productivity and quality targets, and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong typing speed with high attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior data‑entry or office experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, adhere to data‑security standards and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for internal collaboration.

• Experience using word processing software.
