Delivery Director – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Director to lead multiple software delivery projects for BairesDev’s global clients. The role is fully remote and reports to the VP of Delivery, overseeing a portfolio of agile teams distributed worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute project management practices using agile methodologies across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to align processes and strategies for a team of Project Managers.
• Maintain consistent HR policies in partnership with People Experience.
• Support delivery managers, escalate critical issues to senior leadership, and manage global forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with established methodologies, communicate transparently with clients, and guarantee customer and team satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing software outsourcing projects (time‑and‑material, fixed‑price, and budget).
• Strong customer orientation and proven budget management abilities.
• Background in software engineering or computer science with prior experience as a software engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
