Digital Marketing Manager – Remote (USD)

About the role

Voxidea is seeking a self‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead SEO and growth‑marketing initiatives for its remote staffing platform serving U.S. law firms. You will own the full marketing funnel, from strategy to execution, and work closely with leadership to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel digital marketing strategies focused on brand growth and lead generation.
• Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, technical optimization, and content enhancements.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create and manage automated email sequences and lead‑nurturing workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously refine tactics to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital, growth, or SEO‑focused marketing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent‑working skills.
• Experience in B2B, staffing, recruitment, or professional‑services environments is a plus.
