SEO & Marketing Specialist – Digital Growth Role

About the role

We are looking for an SEO & Marketing Specialist to design and execute digital strategies that drive organic growth, paid media performance, and e‑commerce success. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
• Manage and optimize paid search and digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword, market, competitor, and audience research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Support social media advertising on Meta and related networks.
• Monitor website and campaign performance, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate on website and e‑commerce optimization initiatives.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO and paid search campaign management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working with e‑commerce or digital‑first businesses.
