Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid media and social media initiatives for a coding education platform and an associated podcast brand. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, optimizing ad performance, and supporting broader digital marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize ROI.
• Create, schedule and publish social media content across platforms.
• Engage with audiences and respond to comments and messages.
• Write newsletters and marketing emails.
• Track analytics, prepare performance reports and share insights.
• Assist with SEO initiatives and support lead‑generation efforts alongside the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Hands‑on experience in social media marketing and copywriting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
• Self‑starter able to work independently 10–20 hours per week.
• Preferred: experience with SEO, small‑business or education sector marketing, and email automation tools.
