Disability Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Disability Service Coordinator to join our remote team. The role serves as the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth intake process and professional documentation handling. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to deliver a welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for new clients, answering inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage and streamline client intake, coordinating documentation and verifying insurance and personal information.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and spreadsheet systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build trust and rapport with clients through excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C2 level) with a neutral accent.
• Proven experience in client intake, customer service, or related fields.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask independently.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or legal intake is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Competence in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).

What we offer

• $1,200 USD per month plus performance‑based bonuses up to $500.
