About the role

MCM Creative Agency is looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join its full‑time, on‑site team in San Pedro Sula. The role focuses on producing compelling visual content that drives engagement across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative and strategic teams to develop consistent visual assets for multiple platforms.
• Design attractive content for social media, digital ads, reels, stories, and websites, tailored to each brand.
• Create graphics, layouts, and animated elements for local and international client campaigns.
• Stay updated on visual trends, content formats, and platform innovations.
• Transform briefs into powerful visual narratives with high aesthetic impact.

Required profile

• University degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating concepts, campaigns, and digital content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
• Ability to integrate AI tools into the creative workflow.
• Knowledge of social‑media formats, dimensions, and visual styles.
• Strong visual judgment, typography, and graphic hierarchy skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating style, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in San Pedro Sula, Cortés.
