Driver

About the role

The Driver will join Maersk’s Landside Operations Execution team, handling the movement of cargo and containers by truck or rail. Working on‑site, you will ensure that shipments are delivered safely, on time and in compliance with standard operating procedures and HSE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicles to transport cargo and containers between terminals, warehouses and customer sites.
• Load and unload cargo safely, following established SOPs and quality standards.
• Follow scheduled routes and delivery times, reporting any delays or incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of loads, deliveries and vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations while on the job.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or skilled operator comfortable working under supervision.
• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle class.
• Physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
