Drone Data Processing Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Drone Data Processing Technician to turn raw aerial data into precise, client‑ready survey models. You will work closely with our drafting team, ensuring that every dataset is clean, accurate, and ready for engineering use.

Key responsibilities

• Convert raw drone imagery, LiDAR and SLAM data into georeferenced point clouds and photogrammetric models.
• Extract and digitize site features such as concrete lines, building corners, utilities, and other improvements.
• Perform quality assurance to guarantee data meets strict accuracy standards.
• Troubleshoot data anomalies and make independent technical judgments on ambiguous features.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Fast learner with the ability to master complex software workflows quickly.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong autonomy.
• Excellent spatial literacy for interpreting 3D data, point clouds, maps, and aerial imagery.
• Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication, and proactive multitasking skills.
• Experience in land surveying, civil engineering, or GIS is preferred.
• Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is a plus (data‑focused office role).
