About the role

We are expanding our regional presence into Honduras and are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the commercial development of our strategic accounts. The role focuses on building strong relationships with major retailers, driving sales growth, and expanding our portfolio of technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in Honduras.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and joint growth plans.
• Identify business opportunities and expansion potential within assigned accounts.
• Create and execute commercial plans to meet sales targets.
• Analyze performance indicators, inventory, sell‑out data, and market share.
• Coordinate strategies with marketing, operations, and trade‑marketing teams.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and commercial results.
• Conduct regular client visits to ensure an excellent service experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record negotiating with large retailers and commercial chains.
• Knowledge of the Honduran retail market.
• Experience in selling technological, electronic, telecommunications or consumer‑tech products is desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication and results‑orientation skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide; own vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
