About the role

We are looking for a Business Executive for the Banca+ segment to manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients. The role focuses on offering GFF’s preferential products and services, achieving business targets, and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the segment strategy to meet monthly and annual goals for placing passive and active GFF products.
• Provide comprehensive service to Banca+ clients, addressing their business needs and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Drive growth of the Banca+ segment by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities to prospect new clients and follow up with existing ones via calls.
• Identify and qualify prospective high‑net‑worth clients that meet Banca+ criteria and present the value proposition.
• Track and report on prospecting bases, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service or commercial roles, preferably with financial products.
• Strong network with high‑value prospects.
