About the role

The Junior Business and Services Executive will promote, advise and offer Banco Ficohsa's portfolio of financial products and services to natural (individual) clients. The role focuses on expanding the client base, managing both passive and active portfolios, and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice on all bank products and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Track and follow up on system‑registered requests, including credit card and loan issues.
• Achieve loan disbursement and regulatory KPI targets.
• Grow the passive portfolio through new account openings and management of savings, checking and CD lines.
• Maintain and update inventory of savings books, debit cards, checkbooks and other value‑bearing documents.
• Record daily client visits in the customer service system.
• Support promotional campaigns and product line strategies.
• Comply with all internal policies and processes.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education in administrative or marketing fields.
• University student (intern) in administrative or marketing studies.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience.
• At least one year of sales experience with proven target achievement.
• High orientation toward results, customer service and product placement.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
