About the role

The Senior Business and Services Executive will promote, advise and sell Banco Ficohsa's portfolio of financial products and services to key individual clients. The role focuses on expanding the client base, detecting client needs early, and managing both asset and liability portfolios to maximize profitability and build long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice on the bank’s products and services, handling inquiries, complaints and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Track and resolve client requests in the banking and credit‑card systems, maintaining clear communication and feedback.
• Achieve loan disbursement targets and other regulatory KPIs assigned to the position.
• Grow the passive portfolio through new account openings, deposits, checks and certificates of deposit.
• Maintain and update inventory of savings books, debit cards, checkbooks and other value‑bearing documents.
• Archive transaction documents and forward them to relevant departments.
• Record daily client visits in the customer‑service system.
• Support promotional campaigns and product‑line strategies, staying informed of current offers.
• Comply with all internal policies and processes, staying up‑to‑date with changes.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education in administration or marketing.
• University student (intern) in administration or marketing – required.
• At least one year of experience in customer‑service roles.
• At least one year of sales experience with proven target achievement.
• Strong orientation to results, customer service and product placement.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends when needed.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF).
